She wanted a calm, simple version that anyone could start on day one, without a nutrition degree or a big budget. So she made it: four seeds, portioned by phase, in pouches you cannot mix up.

Why "Moonsown"

For centuries, farmers have sown seeds by the moon. Seed cycling follows a monthly rhythm too, and for people without a regular cycle, the moon itself can be the guide. The two o's in our name are a waxing and a waning moon, in our two phase colours.
